The site is a call-in referral service. When you call, your call is connected to an independent local restoration contractor who speaks with you on that call. We do not perform restoration, cleaning, drying or construction work, and the contractors are not our employees or agents.

Any inspection, work, schedule, payment or warranty is agreed directly between you and the contractor during your call or afterwards between the two of you. We are not a party to that agreement. Before work begins, you may verify the contractor's licence with the California Contractors State License Board.
